complete facsimile-edition in the original size approximately 325 x 243 mm of the 2-part manuscript from the Austrian National Library (Mus. Hs. 17.561) plus a commentary by Günter Brosche. The Edition is in 3 parts:

• Facsimile 1: fol. 1-64 (128 Pages).
• Facsimile 2: fol. 65-100 (72 Pages).
• Commenatry Volume: 40 Pages with 9 illustrations.

The two facsimiles are stitched, the covers corresponing to the original, the bilingual commentary (German/English) is bound in a hardcover binding.

The brilliant legibility of the music is faithfully reproduced in the facsimile which makes possible an exact study of a Mozart's masterpiece without the valuable original having to be used. The Edition consists of the so-called "Arbeitspartitur" with Mozart's first outline of the requiem and the complete "Ablieferungspartitur".
