collection of 25 documents, the counterfoils of ordinances related to the discovery, conserved in the National Record Office, illustrating the policy of the Crown and therefore an invaluable source for researchers.

The facsimile reproduces the documents in 22 x 31.5 cm format in a folder. An accompanying volume which includes a transcription by Professor Manuel Ruiz Asencio of Valladolid University.
